This page lists every sale the Residential Property Price Register records against Eircode H18 TC66. Eircodes only started appearing in the register around 2021, so a home that changed hands earlier may have older sales filed without one; search the address in the Killygoan table to find them.

The price is the amount declared to Revenue, not the asking price. For new builds the register excludes VAT, and we add 13.5% back so new and second-hand homes compare like for like. A sale marked “nfmp” was not at full market price (a transfer between relatives, a part-sale or similar) and should not be read as a valuation.

The pin sits on the building itself when the register carries the Eircode, and at the centre of the estate or street for older sales filed without one. This is public data, not a valuation. Verify against propertypriceregister.ie before relying on it.
